EXIF Data Viewer shows the hidden details stored inside a photo. See camera settings, the date the picture was taken, and even GPS location if it was saved, all read straight from the image file.

How to view EXIF data

  1. Upload the photo you want to inspect.
  2. Start the EXIF read.
  3. View the camera, date, and location details.
  4. Note anything you want to keep or remove.

What EXIF data tells you

Photos from phones and cameras carry extra information. This can include the camera model, shutter speed, and the exact spot the photo was taken. Photographers use it to study settings, and others use it to check a file.

Mind your privacy

Location data in a photo can reveal where you were. If you plan to share a picture publicly, it is wise to check the EXIF first. If you find details you do not want others to see, use an EXIF remover before posting.
